S U M M E R!!!!

Hey Girls....Summer is here and school is almost done.....can I get a whoop whoop...LOL. Sorry I just got a little excited there but I love summer because you get to wear flip flops and shorts (i like the long shorts) and skirts and dress and fun tops. I know most of you have already been wearing your summer stuff because it is HOT HOT HOT. Anyway, back to the clothing, how many of you have rules at your school as to how short your shorts dresses and skirts can be?? Well I know most schools have that. I have one question...Whats the point to wearing short shorts??  I know whenever i see girls wearing them it grosses me out because you might as well just be wearing underwear cuz half your Bum is hanging out anyway....am I not right?? 

   Times have sure changed, because when I was growing up short shorts were not in, mini skirts were but I was never ever allowed to wear them and if I ever did I would not be allowed out the house with it on. Let me tell you that when you wear clothes like that BOYS will not be looking at you because they want to talk to you or be your friend they will be looking at you because of what you are wearing. Remember in my last post when I referred to the scripture that says Don't you know that your body is a temple of the holy spirit and you are to honour God with your body??? 1Cor 6:19 If you want to be respected properly by those boys then you need to dress properly and if you want to be the woman of God that he wants you to be you need to follow what the bible says.

 Girls I am only saying this because you are all so beautiful and I want  you to know that you don't need to dress like that to be noticed. I notice all of you girls and you are all you-nique....and I don't want those boys looking at you in that way.  So put away those shorts and dresses and skirts and wear stuff that covers yourself because true beauty comes from with in.  

I hope you all have a great summer and I look forward to the fun things we will be doing at JV this summer.  You are all very special to Pastor Brian and I.
